By accessing this website and/or purchasing goods from us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Using this website indicates that you accept these terms regardless of whether or not you choose to purchase from us. If you do not accept these terms, do not use this website. These terms do not replace or affect your statutory rights. In these terms, “you” and “your” refer to the customer and “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Vivid Blossom.
1. Our Contract
These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of goods sold by Vivid Blossom (the seller) to the customer (the purchaser) named on the order form provided on the website. Together with the completed order form, these Terms and Conditions constitute the entire and only agreement between us in relation thereto. Our acceptance of your order by delivery of the goods constitutes a legally binding contract between us on these terms and conditions.
Every greeting card is individually handmade by Vivid Blossom, therefore there may be slight variation on each design. All materials, envelopes and cards will be chosen from stock if the particular envelope, card or other material shown in the card image is not available at any time. Some of our cards are not suitable for handling by children under 3 years. The cards are all made in the UK.
You can buy products from us online using your credit or debit card or Paypal. Our payment service provider – PayPal provides a secure purchasing environment online and handles all credit and debit card payments. You can pay by Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
The prices displayed on our website are in British pounds. The price payable for the goods you order is as set out on our website at the time you place your order. We reserve the right to change the prices of the products at any time.
Delivery is only to the UK. We will make every effort to send the card(s) as soon as we can. It may be the same day if the order is made before 12. We will not be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
6. Returns & Refunds
Every care will be taken to send the card (s). We are not responsible for cards lost or damaged in the post. If for any reason, you are not happy with your card, the return has to happen within 7 days. You will be asked to pay the return postage and the card has to be in a resalable condition in its original packaging. If it is in a good condition, we will offer a replacement.
Your email will not be passed to any other company and only used to communicate with you.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, but do not affect your statutory rights. When placing an order with Vivid Blossom, you are making an offer to purchase the goods contained within that order. We reserve the right to accept or decline that offer. We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from the post, your use, or your inability to use our website. All copyright, design and intellectual property rights relating to our designs will remain the property of Vivid Blossom.
